ISP Canada started as “F1-Help! Computers” in the small town of Parkhill Ontario in 1988. Our job was repairing and selling personal computers until the dialup internet became a demand. This fit right into our business model.
In 2000, we moved to London Ontario where we secured a fiber connection to the internet allowing us to better serve our client base. Once the DSL became available, we added this service to our product line...
Being from rural roots, we recognized that farm communities and rural populations needed better dialup internet. Accordingly, we instituted a network of access points and introduced our fixed wireless internet high speed division in 2003.
Building on the internet service gave us the skills to assist other businesses’ I.T. (information technology) departments.
Due to an ever-increasing demand for our computer repair and service department, we moved to our present, larger facility at 41 Oxford St. W. in 2014. This move also allowed for a significant expansion of our computer build department.
With the added space of our new location, we also introduced 3D printing, 3D design, and 3D printer repairs to our line up.
Presently, we support 10 staff members, including seven technicians offering a wide spectrum of knowledge and information technology skills. We have become a one stop shop for most of your information technology needs!
We pride ourselves on being available with quality, personable service. After nearly 25 years in business, we recognize the best place to be is in long term relationships with our clients. Having a significant number of clients that have been with us over 15 years can be taken as a testament to our commitment to quality service.
We look forward to the future and the positives it will bring us all.
